    Procedures for submission of manuscripts: This website is open for publication of scholarly contributions by interested parties. Since this is a new medium for publication of academic research, perhaps a few words of explanation are necessary:

    Manuscripts should be submitted in electronic form, on the Windows 98 or NT platforms and sent as attachment to email. Within a month, authors will receive a referee report. Publication will occur on this website, under the appropriate banner (Technology Commercialization, The Performance of High Tech Companies, Economic Logistics, The Capitalist System).

    Publication on this website should be regarded as a kind of "preprint" or "discussion paper." If the authors so desire, they may later submit their work to a commercial publisher. For the purpose of the present website, authors are not required to relinquish copyrights. The copyright stays all the time with the authors. If the authors so desire, a publication on this website may be withdrawn at any time.

    Requests for discussion papers: While most of the publications listed are protected by copyrights, most of the papers are available as preprint discussion papers. The difference between the published version and the preprint version is usually small. Upon request, I shall be happy to e-mail interested readers any desired preprint.

    Requests for computer codes. All the numerical work relating to my own papers was carried out using GAMS (General Algebraic Modeling System). I shall also be happy to furnish interested parties with the GAMS computer source codes.

    Requests for books in electronic form on CD-ROM:  There is a nominal fee of 15,00 Euros covering shipping and handling. Please send your check to the address below.
